All rates quoted are based on the selected occupancy and are subject to availability. Rates and services are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing at time of payment includes taxes and service charges. All reservations require full payment of total stay, due when booking. Gratuities are additional, unless otherwise stated.

Each room accommodates up to two adults and one child aged up to 12 years old. Request for a second child's accommodation in the same room is only applicable for ages 6 years and below at an additional rate payable at the Hotel. One child 6 years old and below enjoys complimentary accommodation in the parents' room with existing bedding unless otherwise stated.

An Onsen Tax of JPY 150 inclusive of local government taxes will be levied on per person for every night of stay. These fees are to be paid separately upon check-out.

Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other special rate packages, offers or contracts and do not apply to groups, unless otherwise stated. Rates quoted are per room per night or per package with minimum night stay per room wherever stipulated, and will vary by selected arrival date and/or length of stay. Early departure fees may apply.

For guests wishing to travel via our coach transfer service, please note that additional fees are administered for coach services requested on arrival/departure flights between 8.30pm and 12.00pm the following day. Niseko Village and All Mountain lift passes can be purchased at the Basecamp ticket counter. Booking services are also available at the Hotel. A refundable deposit of JPY 1,000 per person is required when a lift pass is issued. For more information, visit Niseko Village.
