The transformation of The Green Leaf Niseko Village followed the theme of "embracing art.” All guest rooms feature original framed artwork by renowned local artists. Installations by Emi Shiratori can be found throughout the hotel.

Emi’s designs are characterized by her trademark hand-drawn style. Brought to life using vivid organic shapes and lines, her creations are a nod to the natural beauty of the region. Currently based in Hokkaido, Emi’s body of work caters to a wide range of clients, including projects related to music, weddings and regional development.
Since the redevelopment in 2010, Emi’s artwork continues to add to the unique atmosphere of The Green Leaf Niseko Village.
Tench-Banbutsu, Winter Exhibit by Hokkaido Artists Discover inspired local artistry during The Green Leaf's annual Hokkaido art exhibit. “Techni-Banbutsu” will grace the lobby walls throughout the season. The enchanting works of art are crafted by up-and-coming, young artists drawing inspiration from the abundant natural environment of Hokkaido. The Green Leaf is proud to support local artists and their depictions of our beloved Hokkaido outdoors.
